About the Community Health Clinic 5K
The course runs out and back along the Pumpkinvine Trail, starting near a clinic that sits right beside it. The trail is paved and the route is straightforward, with no real climbing to worry about. This is a benefit run, with proceeds going toward patient care at the clinic, so the crowd skews toward supporters of that mission rather than competitors chasing times.
Day-of registration is available. Parking is in the clinic's front lot, with overflow across the street by a dog park. After the race, there is soft serve ice cream and Amish baked goods, both available by donation.
