About the Collinsville Trick or Trot
The course runs out and back on a rails-to-trails path, so the surface is smooth and the grade barely registers. Costumes are part of the deal here, with prizes going to the best individual, team, and child outfits alongside the usual age-group awards. The whole thing benefits a local scholarship fund for graduating students in town.
Packet pickup opens race morning in the parking lot near Collinsville Town Hall, where the registration table and start area are set up. Strollers are permitted, though the organizers ask them to start toward the rear. Wheeled equipment like skates and bikes is not allowed on the path.

The Collinsville Trick or Trot has been held every year since at least 2017. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Oct 18, 2026.
