About the Collegeville Fire Company Hero Run 5K
The course runs through the streets of Collegeville Borough, starting and finishing at Water Works Park. It is a road race, chip-timed, put on by the local volunteer fire company. Proceeds go to the fire company itself and a county hero fund, so the cause is visible in the race name and felt throughout the morning.
Bib pickup runs across the two days before the race at the firehouse, with race-morning pickup available at the start. Parking is at Water Works Park, and the organizers ask drivers to take it slow in the lot.
