About the 5th Annual Clarkston Family Farm 5k Chicken Run and 1mile Chicken Little Run

The race takes place at a working farm, which is the whole point. The course goes through farm grounds rather than a road loop, and when the run is done, the farm itself is open to explore. Pigs race after the runners do, vendor booths are set up, and the farm market and gardens are open to walk through.

Parking is at the elementary school nearby. Check-in opens before the start, and packet pickup happens there on race morning. Food and drinks are at the finish. The farm runs education programs for kids, and the race is its main fundraiser, so the crowd skews toward families and school groups.
