About the Christmas 5K/10K/Half Marathon in July - North Pole
The race starts and finishes at North Pole Middle School, and the course is an out-and-back, which keeps navigation simple. The terrain is flat throughout, and several distance options mean you can run as long or as short as the summer morning calls for. Self-serve water stations are spaced along the route, though runners who prefer not to slow down may want to carry their own hydration.
Packet pickup opens on race morning, about an hour before the start, so there is no need to make a separate trip the day before. The school grounds serve as the staging area, and the holiday theme runs through the whole event, even in the middle of summer.
