About the Chilly Chili 5K 2027

The course launches from outside the Moran Prairie Grange, turns out through a quiet residential grid, then drops down a hill and climbs back up to a turnaround at the top. It is an out-and-back, so you run the same hill both ways. The streets are straightforward, but that climb is real and you feel it on the return leg.

Packet pickup is at the Grange on the morning of the race. After you finish, the Grange itself is heated, and inside there is a chili cook-off with running teams competing, an awards ceremony, cinnamon rolls, and a spread of hot and cold drinks including coffee and orange juice.
