About the Chilly Cheeks
The course runs through the grounds of a nudist resort outside of town, mixing wooded sections with open pasture before finishing on sand and gravel paths near the resort's pool. Clothing is optional throughout, which is genuinely the point, and the atmosphere reflects that: unhurried, casual, a little unusual by any trail race standard.
Post-race, there is food from the grill at the pool. The event is part of a regional nude racing series, and all entrants go through a background check before race day, which is standard for the venue.
