About the CHAoC 2026 Heart and Sole Walk
The walk takes place at Miami Whitewater Forest, a wooded park with open paths that works well for families pushing strollers alongside people running the longer route. The cause is congenital heart disease, and the crowd reflects that: parents, siblings, kids, and survivors, many of whom have a personal connection to why the event exists. There are games, a DJ, and Kona Ice on site.
The morning opens with a welcome and a warm-up before the walk and fun run get going. Raffles wrap things up later in the morning.
