About the Champion Paws 5K
The course runs at Jones Pond Pavilion, a park setting on the north side of Memphis. Expect a route shaped around the pond itself, which keeps the terrain mostly flat and the surroundings open.
Packet pickup happens the morning of the race at the pavilion, with a window before the start. Parking is at a visitor's center just across the road, and restrooms are there as well.

The Champion Paws 5K has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
