About the CFA 5K Run & Walk for Mental Health
Costumes are part of the deal here, and the event lands on a holiday known for them. There are a couple of distance options, including a timed run and a shorter untimed walk, plus a fun run for young kids. The course is based out of Eastern Point Beach, so expect coastal surroundings.
Parking is at Eastern Point Beach. Day-of registration opens in the morning before the start. After the run, food trucks and vendors set up on site, and costume contests for adults, kids, and pets follow later in the morning.
