About the Cere-bration Walk, Roll, Run Cincinnati
The timed race runs alongside a shorter walk and roll option, so the course sees a wide range of paces and mobility. The event is built around a brain injury awareness cause, and that shapes the atmosphere: there is a Survivor Celebration Zone at the finish, and the crowd tends to include caregivers and families as much as runners.
Teams are a big part of the day, with recognition for the largest team, the top fundraising team, and the individual who raises the most. There is food at the finish and a sense of gathering that lingers well past the last finisher crossing the line.
