About the Central Upper Peninsula CISM Donut Dash
The course runs along a paved bike path where East Baraga meets South Lakeshore Drive, heading out toward Harvey with a turnaround just past the Carp River. It is a flat out-and-back with Lake Superior close by on one side, and the path keeps you away from traffic the whole way.
Packet pickup the evening before is at Queen City Running Company, with race-morning pickup available at Provisions on South Lakeshore. The race draws a strong first responder contingent alongside community runners, and the proceeds go toward mental health support for first responders across the region.
