About the Celebrate it Forward 5K

This is a charity 5K run through Monroeville Parks and Recreation land, with a family walk option alongside it. The course is open to strollers and all paces, and participants are encouraged to wear bright colors. The race benefits a local nonprofit that provides birthday celebrations, baby supplies, hygiene items, and clothing to families in need.

Post-race, there are food trucks and live music at the finish area, along with raffle baskets. Awards go to top overall finishers and to the leading men and women across a range of age groups.
