About the Cedar Polka Fest - Race Series
The course runs through downtown Cedar, starting and finishing near a four-way stop. It is a road race through a small village, and the crowd is there for the festival as much as for the running. Participants are encouraged to dress up, and some do. The shorter option covers less ground but gets you into the same polka tent afterward.
Packet pickup happens the evening before at the festival grounds, with another window on race morning near the start line. After you finish, the polka fest is right there: a parade, a craft and farmers market, and live polka bands into the evening. There is a complimentary drink waiting at the end.

The Cedar Polka Fest - Race Series has been held every year since at least 2020. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
