About the Cascade Half Marathon & 10K

The course runs on country roads through open farmland outside Turner, flat the whole way with no real terrain surprises. Water stations and portable toilets are out on the course, and an early start option is available for those who want extra time on the half marathon distance.

Packet pickup opens in the junior high school gym before the start, so runners have a warm place to stretch and wait. The race begins and ends right outside the gym doors. Afterward, hot soup is served in the school cafeteria, and a coffee cart is on site throughout the morning.
