About the CASA Fall Family Run
The course starts at a trailhead along the Columbia River Gorge, so the scenery is doing real work even before the race begins. The event benefits a child advocacy organization, and that purpose sits visibly in the atmosphere. A costume contest with a fall theme runs before the start, which sets the tone for the morning.
Packet pickup opens before the race, and hydration stations are posted along the route. The start area is the trailhead parking lot, so plan to arrive with a little time to spare for the costume judging if that is your thing.
