About the Cambridge Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K
The course starts at an old brick church on a state route and heads into the village before looping through downtown, past a historic hotel, and back down the main street to finish where it began. The route runs along a main road, so law enforcement controls traffic. Strollers are welcome toward the back.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the church, with a second window on race morning. The church also serves as the finish area, where snacks and drinks are set out after you cross the line.

The Cambridge Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
