About the Cambridge Half Marathon + 5K
Both races start and finish at CambridgeSide, a mall on the edge of the Charles River. The half marathon follows Memorial Drive, a flat road course that passes MIT and the Harvard University Stadium, with the river alongside for much of it. The shorter race turns back along the same waterway, with the Boston skyline visible across the water.
Packet pickup runs on the evenings of the two days before race weekend, and again on the afternoon of the shorter race's day, all inside CambridgeSide on the upper level. Pickup must happen before race morning. Parking garages nearby are free on race day with a pass collected at pickup; the Lechmere Green Line stop is a short walk if you prefer to skip the car.
