About the C.H.H.I.P.S. Trot 'N Brew
This race winds through Conyngham stopping at local bars, a brewery, a vet clinic, a chiropractic office, and a handful of other spots along the way. At each one, runners buy a draft beer before moving on to the next. Soft drinks are available for those skipping the beer.
Packet pickup runs the morning of the race, closing before the first heat goes off. Heats are grouped by which establishment each runner chooses to represent, and there is a team award based on the fastest finishers from each spot. A government-issued photo ID is required to register.
