The course starts and finishes at the regional medical center and takes runners along the edge of the lake that gives Storm Lake its name. The route is mostly flat, with the water beside you for a good stretch of it. Strollers are welcome without registration, but the course is foot traffic only, so leave the dog and the bike at home.
