About the Bully Blitz 5k Run 1k Walk

The course runs on the Wauponsee Glacial Trail out of the Symerton access point, so expect a natural surface underfoot rather than pavement. Runners go first, in a competitive wave and then a more relaxed one, with walkers following after the last runner clears. The race benefits a local pit bull rescue, and adoptable dogs are part of the scene.

Check-in is at Symerton Tap and Grill, which also hosts the after-party once the race wraps up. A live band and vendors are part of the post-race setup, so there is reason to hang around after you finish.
