About the Buddy Run 5K and Fun Run

The course runs out and back through Lake Park, starting and finishing in front of the Eagle Shelter. It has not changed in recent years, so returning runners will know exactly what to expect. The surroundings are park greenery, and the route is straightforward with no significant elevation to worry about.

Packet pickup is held the afternoon before the race at a local running store north of downtown. On race day, expect a small cash parking fee at the park entrance, paid per vehicle, which goes toward maintaining the grounds.
