About the BRRC St. Paddy’s Five Miler
This one is set at Spokane Community College and runs an out-and-back route, so you retrace your steps on the same path you came in on. The course is a qualifier for Bloomsday seeding, which draws a serious mid-pack alongside the casual crowd. It has a St. Paddy's Day theme, and the morning leans into it.
Packet pickup runs the day before at a fitness center across town, with race-morning pickup available at the college. Restrooms are in the gymnasium building near the start. There is water at the finish and at the turnaround point. Stick around after the race for age group awards and a cash prize drawing, but you have to be present to win.

The BRRC St. Paddy’s Five Miler has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Sep 10, 2026.
