About the Brattleboro Turkey Trot

The course runs along Upper Dummerston Road, starting and finishing near the Brattleboro Country Club. The road stays open to traffic, so runners keep to the left throughout. It is a point-to-point-and-back route on a Thanksgiving morning, and the whole thing is put on by volunteers with no entry fee.

Check-in and bib pickup happen Thanksgiving morning before the start, and the organizers ask you to arrive with time to spare. The Country Club parking lot gets busy, so budget a few extra minutes to get in. Dogs are not allowed, but strollers are fine. Dress for cold weather.
