About the Bourne To Run
The course starts and finishes in front of a local elementary school, looping out through neighborhood roads before cutting through a beach campground and picking up the Cape Cod Canal bike path. That stretch along the canal, heading toward the Sagamore Bridge, is the highlight. The path is wide and paved, with water on one side and a clear view of the bridge ahead.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
