About the Boos & Brews 5K (Binghamton)
The course runs through Otsiningo County Park on paved trails along the water. It is a road race through a park, so the surface is smooth and the surroundings open up around you. Costumes are encouraged, and the organizers hand out awards for the best ones alongside the usual age group hardware.
Packet pickup happens at the park on race morning, so you do not need to make a separate trip. Parking is at the park itself, which keeps the logistics simple.
