About the 10th Annual Bobcats Turkey Trot 5K
This race is put on by a high school girls basketball program, which gives it a roots-in-the-community feel that most Turkey Trots lack. There are timed and untimed options, so runners and casual walkers tend to sort themselves naturally without much fuss at the start line.
Packet pickup is the evening before at the high school, with the auditorium entrance as your way in. Race-morning pickup is available as a backup, but the organizers strongly encourage getting your bib the night before.
