About the Bloomin' 5K and 1 Mile Walk

The course runs on roads through Clifton and ends with a downhill stretch to the finish, which gives the last section a different feel than most flat road races. The walk loops around Main Memorial Pond, so walkers get a contained, scenic route while runners are out on the streets. A DJ, food, and kids' activities fill the post-race area.

The race is held at Main Memorial Park, accessible via a major highway nearby, with off-street parking available. Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local nonprofit shelter on Clifton Avenue, with race-morning pickup opening well before the start. The course closes right as the gun goes off, so arriving early gives you time to settle in.
