This race is part of a health fair put on by a Black nurses association in Fort Washington, and the two happen alongside each other. While runners and walkers are on the course, free health screenings are running at the same time, so the morning has more going on than most park runs. The course is a walk or run in a park, on what sounds like straightforward terrain.
