About the Ben and Tim Day

The race starts and finishes at Hershey High School, the same school Ben and Tim attended before they were killed in a car accident as teenagers. It has been held in their memory for decades, supported by their families, and raises money for a scholarship fund in their names. The course is USATF-certified, with water near the midpoint and fruit at the finish.

Packet pickup runs the two evenings before the race at the high school, with a final window on race morning before the start. There is also a shorter fun run option for those who want a less demanding morning, and awards are handed out after the fun run concludes.
