About the BeKind 5k Run or Walk
The course runs along the Ohio River Greenway, starting at The Vista inside Origin Park. It is an out-and-back style route on a paved greenway path, with the river as the backdrop. The race honors the memory of a young woman named Ella, and the organizing charity uses the proceeds to fund free mental health counseling for teens and families in the area.
Parking is available next to The Vista or in a grass lot nearby. Registration opens well before the start, with a late window available race morning.
