About the 44th Annual Beach Ford All American Run 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run

The course starts and finishes at a neighborhood elementary school in a residential subdivision of Virginia Beach. From there it follows paved, tree-lined streets through the surrounding neighborhood. The roads are flat, and course marshals and time callers are posted along the way. Proceeds from the race support cultural and educational programs at the school's PTA.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at Kingston Elementary School, and there is no race-morning pickup, though someone else can collect your packet on your behalf if you send a confirming email. The shorter fun run uses a staggered start organized by grade level, with a family corral available for those running together or with strollers.
