About the BCNC's Family Fun Run & Walk
The course runs through Merrymount Park on groomed trails and open fields, making a couple of loops that bring you back past the Pavilion before you finish. It is not a timed chip race, just a clock at the finish line, so the pace is genuinely whatever you want. Strollers are fine on the terrain.
Bib pickup happens race morning near the Pavilion, which sits across from the main parking lot. The start and finish are in the same spot, so it is easy to orient yourself when you arrive. There is food and water along the course, and volunteers are posted throughout to keep everyone on track.
