The course starts and finishes outside a running store in the Levis Commons shopping area. It is a school band fundraiser, and pep bands are set up along the route to play as runners and walkers go past. The glow run format means the whole thing happens after dark, with the start area and course taking on a different feel than a typical morning road race.
