About the Bailey's Annual Heart & Sole 5K- Run/Walk
This race is held on the grounds of a private school in Bel Air and is built around a real cause: honoring a teenager who died from Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and pushing for better cardiac preparedness in schools and communities. The morning opens with a group warm-up before the timed course gets underway, and the finish brings everyone back together to cheer each other in.
Bib pickup happens during a window before the start, with no race-morning registration available, so pre-registration matters here. After finishing, there are water and refreshments on site. The event wraps with a group photo and an awards presentation, keeping most people around well past the finish line.
