This is an evening glow event held in memory of Bailey Bernstein, a young woman the race honors through its name and its cause. Participants are encouraged to wear neon and glow gear, which gives the night a visual character you do not find at a typical morning road race. Proceeds go toward scholarships through the foundation named for her.
