About the Back in the Day 5K

The course runs on a high school campus, looping through what is primarily paved surfaces with some grass and crushed gravel mixed in. It starts and finishes inside the football stadium, which gives the finish line a bit of an arena feel. The route stays flat, with no real hills to speak of.

Packet pickup happens race morning at the stadium before the start, so there is no separate trip the day before. The stadium location also means the start area is easy to find and gives you a clear place to gather before the gun.
