About the B#4 5K Run/Walk

The course runs through Ithaca on roads, looping back to the high school where the morning begins and ends. It is a race with a clear purpose behind it: the B#4 Foundation was built around mental health awareness and suicide prevention, honoring a young man the community lost. That context is present in the air on race morning, not just in the name on the bib.

Bibs are chipped and handed out on race day. There is aid on course and a refreshment area at the finish. Strollers are welcome, and race-branded apparel is available to buy at the event.
