About the Autumn & Ales 5K, 10K, and 1/2 Marathon

The course runs along a marsh, which gives it a flat, open feel with wide views of the wetlands. It is a point-to-destination shape, with all distances finishing in the same place. The surroundings are quiet and natural for most of the route, and the finish has a distinct character: cold ales waiting for you after the run.

Packet pickup happens the evening before, with race-morning pickup available at the registration table as well. The post-race area is where the event really settles in, with the ale celebration giving the finish line a different atmosphere than most weekend road races.
