About the Art on the Run: Suwanee Turkey Trot 5K
The course starts in front of City Hall, winds through Suwanee Town Center, and finishes at the Arts Center. It is a short, accessible route through a compact downtown area, mostly flat, with plenty of spectators around because the neighborhood is the course. Costume awards run alongside age group awards, so turkey outfits are genuinely common.
After finishing, the Arts Center hosts pumpkin painting, music, and art activities. The post-race scene is aimed squarely at families lingering after the run. Packet pickup and registration open the morning of the race, so there is no separate trip required the day before.
