About the Apple Harvest 10k

The course heads out from Shelburne Town Beach on roads that alternate between pavement and packed dirt, passing apple orchards and picking up views of Lake Champlain along the way. A covered bridge marks the turnaround before you retrace the route back to the beach. The surface variety keeps it from feeling like a straight road race.

Bib pickup happens at the beach before the start, and registration closes before race morning, so there is no showing up and signing in on the day. Dogs are not permitted on the beach or in the park. Shelburne Orchards, which sits close to the start, is open race day with apple picking, cider, and cider doughnuts. Refreshments are served at the finish on the beach.
