Amsterdam, NY
Entry is $15 now and rises to $20 after Nov 23, 2026, so registering before then saves $5.
This race raises money for a local doctor running a medical mission in a remote part of Sudan, which gives the morning a sense of purpose beyond the finish line. The cause behind the entry fee is clear and specific, tied to a surgeon from Amsterdam who has spent years working in one of the world's more isolated places.
