About the 47th Annual AMS 5K & Wellness Expo VI
The course is certified and runs through Manhattan Beach. It draws everyone from costume-wearing families pushing strollers to people chasing a fast finish, so the field is genuinely varied. There is a digital clock at the finish line, which the competitive end of the field will appreciate. The race has roots in the American Martyrs parish community.
Bib pickup runs the day before at a local parish church near O'Donnell. If you miss that window, pickup moves race morning to the American Martyr School blacktop, and it closes before the start, so do not cut it too close.
