About the Stroll for Sara
The route starts at Hunt Park and winds through the Water Hill neighborhood and into downtown Ann Arbor, finishing at a restaurant on Packard Street. It is a point-to-point walk on roads, so you will need your own way back to the start afterward. The distance is chosen deliberately, tied to Sara Zuleta-Acosta's age when she passed from Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
The walk ends at YORK Food and Drink, where a specialty cocktail has been created in Sara's honor, with a portion of sales going to the fundraiser. Street parking is available near both the start and finish. Registration fees go directly toward a research grant through the TNBC Foundation.
