About the 5k Run for Hope
The Run for Hope is a road race through Trail Creek organized around suicide awareness and mental health. The course is a standard out-and-back or loop through town, and the field draws people at every pace, from those chasing a time to those walking in support of someone they know. The cause is visible in the crowd.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Swanson Center facility, at a back pavilion behind the main building. If that does not work, bibs are also available at the start on race morning.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The 5k Run for Hope has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
