About the 5K JIG JOG
The course mixes pavement and stone trails, so expect the surface to shift underfoot a few times. Dogs on leashes and strollers are welcome, which shapes the feel of the field as much as anything else does. It is not a road race in the traditional sense, and the terrain keeps it honest without being technical.
A fitness studio leads a group stretch and warm-up before the start, which is a nice touch if you arrive with cold legs.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The 5K JIG JOG has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Sep 22, 2026.
