This is an untimed evening run through Forest Park and along the Frisco Trail. Because it runs after dark, the atmosphere is less about pace and more about the glow. The course stays in and around the park, so the terrain is accessible and the surroundings are open.
Registration opens earlier in the evening at the Labette Health tent inside the park, so you can check in, get your glow gear sorted, and still have time to warm up before the run begins.
