About the 33rd Annual 5K for Health

The course starts and finishes at Southwick Stadium and loops around Cleveland Lake. The terrain is the kind you find around a park lake, and the route brings you back to the same place you left, with the water alongside much of the way. Dogs are welcome on the course, and the field tends to include runners and walkers in separate waves.

Packet pickup is the evening before at the Cass County Dental Clinic on Markey Parkway in Belton. On race morning, check-in opens at the stadium entrance before the start. After the race, a health fair runs at the finish area with all-you-can-eat pancakes from Chris Cakes, music, vendors, and raffle prizes.
