The course runs out and back along the Muddy Creek Greenway through Jamison Park, a paved trail that stays mostly flat the whole way. There is a very slight drop heading out and a gentle rise coming back in, but nothing that will slow you down. The turnaround is where you'll find the only aid station, water only, with more water waiting at the finish.
