About the 47th Mike Sterling 10k/5k

The course starts and finishes at the city dock and winds through downtown streets, residential neighborhoods, and along the waterfront edge of Crisfield. The route is flat throughout, with road underfoot the whole way. A ruck option runs the same course as the longer race but goes off earlier, with participants carrying a weighted pack. Aid stations are spaced out along the way.

Packet pickup is the evening before the race at Wellington Beach. The race runs rain or shine, with no refunds, as proceeds support the local chamber of commerce.
